Toshiba 3100c fiery won't boot intermittent

I have had problems with these fiery's 3 of them right now the most critical of these is this new machine install, it boots up then it tries to reboot only some times allowing the customer to use the printer option. the other two just don't boot up. Any suggestions or does anybody Know a tosh/it guy in Phoenix. could use the help asap

If it is internal fiery, check CPU fan. I had to replace 2 so far.

i got the same problem in my toshiba, the fiery display "system rebooting, pls wait" and never change, but the copier works fine. anyone with recovery disc for me to reinstall the system and steps to do that. thank. PM me on for the link or let me know where can i buy it.

reloading the efi system software with right cable, was able to fix my problem. thank you emujo for the help.
