After replacing the yellow developer the yellow does not print solid (posted image) and when running forced adjustment on 05-878 I get ce4 error and it doesnt complete the process. Cleaned Image quality control sensor but the images are still fuzzy and the yellow isn t correct. any advice would be greatly appreciated

Look as if there is not enough developer in the unit. Have a look at the mag roller. Is it well coated?

When u replaced the mag roller, did u adjust the doctor blade gap back to factory?

The blade gap is adjusted by loosening the 2 screws holding it in place. Inserting a 0.65 feeler gauge into the gap between it and the mag roller at front, rear and middle. Tighten the 2 screws again. Now check that a 0.60 feeler movers freely from front to back. Finally check that a 0.70 feeler will NOT fit in the gap.
