Toshiba es 3500c stopped printing faxes

We see the received faxes in the Job Status, but the faxes stopped printing last week.
Paper trays seem right, but I cannot even find a way to delete the first job in case that is holding it up.

power up in *1 mode, enter 100 and press start, this will clear any image data, but backup the address book 1st as this will be erased also. Emujo
