Toshiba 4511 colour banding

My toshiba 4511 is starting to show slight banding in both colour and B&W print-outs; I'm guessing it's the OPC drum but would welcome advice.

The drum on this pig of a machine should get around 80K. My advice would be to pull the drum carriage,t/s belt assy, replace drum and blade, pull off x-fer belt , clean (scotchbright) facing rollers, replace t/s cleaning blade, pull laser unit and clean slit glass. Reset drum counters, perform all gradation adjustments. CQ should get back to normal (Which IMO, is pretty crappy for a color MFP). Emujo
