I had a problem recently with a new toshiba copier es 555,it kept on saying c360,its not the charge wire cleaner motor defective,the black actuator on the charge wire unit which is attached to the black belt is broken,in that case it does not actuate the switch that control the charge cleaning motor,the switch is located at the upper side of the drum unit.in this case replace the broken actuator with a new one.....

I have had to move the actuator on the belt once or twice for this. Worst case just turn the charger cleaner off. I clean them every visit anyway.
