    Finisher troubles

Have a ES 455 with the MJ 1101/c finisher with the kn 2520 bridge unit on it, it is positioned properly to the main body, but paper seems to hit at the entrance gate of the finisher, and turn down, dropping between copier and finisher, other tech that has seen this, thinks there is a speed difference of some kind, causing the paper leaving the bridge unit to not be picked up by finisher.
Is there a adjustment for this with the finisher??
Found something in the SM about setting speed with A4 paper, but this is a USA machine, using mostly letter size paper
    Thanks ya'll

Does it have they mylar kit fitted to the bridge unit, if so the middle mylar on the top part of the bridge unit can get bent downwards causing problems. What error code are you getting ? EA20 or E940.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
