[Misc] Estudio 45 erasing scanned copies

    How are you.
I have a Client machine estudio 45 it erases all the scanned documents soon after scan task is finished. I deleted all the files in the hdd but still the problem persists. Any idea to be the cause of this?

Scan to efiling or scan to file?
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

Estudio 45 does not have efiling capability. The problem is scan to file. Even if you scan more docs before getting done it erases all the pages.

Does it have the gl controller on the back left or just the Ga print board?
If it is the GL which version o/s. With the early versions you need a scan dongle. With the latest you do not. Without the scan dongle it will scan and then delete like you stated.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

It only got the Ga Printer board. When scanning docs for multiple copies after pressing the finished button so set copies to be produced it erases all instead.

You can save to the machines hard drive on this machine. Was the 1st machine with this on. It was not called efiling though.
