    ES352 non-sort cut off issue

    Hello, I have an ES352 with an MR3018 doc feeder and a MJ1022 hanging finisher, when you make copies in Sort mode, the copies come out perfect but when you change to to non sort mode the copies come out upside down and the top of the image is cut off about an inch. Anyone seen this issue? thanks much.

      Are you copying from the glass or the doc feeder? Have you tried printing also in both modes?
      It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
