I have been using this device in my office for close to 4 years now... never had an issue with it.
I recently setup a VPN link with another location and had to change the subnet from x.x.1.x to x.x.2.x
since I made that change, scan to email jobs get immediately cancelled. they don't time out, but as soon as you press "email it!" a big prompt comes on the screen and says "Cancelling Job"
I have put the network back figuring maybe a filter on the router or a number of other issues... and problem remains... I'm out of ideas.
I have tried to get to Toshiba's website to pick up whatever help they might have, and their U.S.A. site only allows me to download a file titled "estudio" no file association or anything.
I did use the reset device to defaults option but that didn't change anything, it kept the static IP, address book, and all of its settings. so I'm not exactly sure what that feature does.
Any help on the issue would be greatly appreciated as this has been frying my brain for weeks.
