Help me fix C440 error in E 355 !!!!!!!!!!!!! .............. serious problem

Hi every body,

I cleared the error with code 08-400 ( error 5 ). The Machine still error again after reboot
I tested on another machine and sure fuser unit and power supply works well.
The problem in LGC board, ( The ROM on it work well ).

Any one help me fix that error !!!

I do it that way but not success, Do you have another way?

whether newer firmware can solve the problem?

if your thinking its the logic board could you try that on another machine to check it out? Check the PSU to maybe. Firmware is always a good idea on the machines.

I tried LGC on another machine, but still does not work.Errors have been confirmed in LGC

Have you tried the power supply board?

In this case, what components on the LGC is damaged?

some of those ic on the logic board is busted the only way is to replace it. i see this before on the older estudio copier those who are 35 and 45 ppm.

I see it you have swapped the logic board and fuser from the broken machine to another and those parts worked on the other machine. Have you tried the power supply board?

When you get the code C440 is the fuser warm, hot or cold?

As I saild from begin

I a swapped Fuser unit, power supply and LGC board one by one

And sure the problem in LGC

when machine get error, the fuser is hot ( but not hot enought )
