    Toshiba 3500c copying sale white with blue background

    Hello

    in toshiba 3500c, copying sale white with blue background
    out of grey purple
    calibrate and gave some back and better but not enough

    in print ok

    help

      Since you're not familiar with MFP my 1st recommendation would be CALL A TOSHIBA TECH!!

      How do the calibration charts look? Good solids and halftones? Pure CMY and K? If so and prints are looking good, pull the glass and really clean the mirrors and lamp (99% iso alcohol). Sounds like dirty optics causing shading. Emujo

      BTW, what is "Sale White"?

          CLEAN AND VERY GOOD OPTICS
          Scan an original, SALE AND DISPLAY THE BOTTOM PURPLE GREY PURPLE OR BLUE
          PRINTING IN THE SOLID WELL COME OK CYMK

              Have you tried the latest firmware? We had an issue these when they came out. We updated the firmware and adjusted a few codes. Try the firmware and I will hunt out those codes for you if i get time today.
              It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
