Toshiba 3510C Time for periodic maintenace

Tried the 800 mode 251 & 252 set to "0", but it doesn't get rid of it. Went through the service manual but no answer there I can find.
    Any help here?

Yes, and I don't think that doing the service automatically changes anything, you have to tell the machine you did it.

Anyway I did find the solution, it was in the service manual and the search mode didn't find it the first time around. Its code 9891.

08-9891-0 Disable PM Warning on LCD.

Hides the message but does make the problem go away.

If you are set up to email the Meter Reads & Service Codes, the PM warnings are still transmitted.
