I believe that code is transfer belt motor abnormality. I have not had this code before so I can not help you on a fix though.

        (1) Check if the connector of the transfer belt unit is not disconnected.
        (2) Is the transport belt unit working normally?
        (3) Check if the connector of the transfer belt motor is not disconnected.
        (4) Check if the connector CN341 on the LGC board is disconnected.
        (5) Check if the fuse on the LVPS has blown.
        (6) Check if the transfer belt release detection sensor is working properly.
        (7) Replace the transfer belt motor.
        (8) Replace the LGC board.

Last time I had this the blet had torn.

            1. Remove Transfer Cleaning blade infront
            2. Release blue leaver to release the transfer belt
            3. open the right hand door
            4. unplug the transfer belt connector
5 pull transfer belt gently towards you if it struggles to come out refer to number 1or 2

Once the belt is out you will be able to see if there is anything wrong with it

            Good luck

Hopefully he's already fixed it in the past 3 years.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
