This machine will feed two sheets from the paper supplies then it jams. The code is E010 not reaching
the fuser exit sensor. It was "Z" folding some of the sheets that came out. It looks like the paper
is getting to the drum to fast because the lead edge of the image is on the trail edge of the page on
about the third page (removed from machine).
I am not real familar and just got the books. I'm thinking it could be a buckle adjustment.
Has anyone seen this before?
This machine is supposed to be a loner untill their 855 arrives and it made me look pretty bad.
I will go back tomorrow with the tech that prepared the machine. I know this person to be
a very good tech and honest, so what could have happened during the move to make this
happen?Thanks
