Toshiba C350 with error code c590

    [Error Code] Toshiba C350 with error code c590

    The copier is giving an error code C590.
    I am not sure on this error code as the service manual does not mention it.
    All help will be appreciated.

      not listed in mine either, but in the DP-6000 (RIO) handbook it's described as follows...
      [C590] Communication error between Engine-CPU and Laser-CPU

      maybe it'll point you in the right direction.

          sorry about the error --customer provided incorrect code -- it was a c950 on a Konika Bizhub C350 -- tray 4 problem.
