    Re-Rite problems with receiving scan to e-mail directly from Toshibas eStudios

    I have problem with Re-Rite, EMail configutration and Toshiba e-Studio ( eStudio 3520c, 520, 2040c all latest FW ). Machines has newest firmware and i using latest Re-Rite.
    Thing is, when i send an e-mail with attachment from ordinary computer, from mail client such as Outlook or Thunderbird to Re-Rite e-mail adress everything works fine. Re-Rite converts this attachment do desire output format and send this to desire e-mail destination. But when i send it directly from Toshiba it goes to destination - i can see it for few second on www mail client but when Re-Rite dowloading it to convert, it disappears. There is nothing even in Re-Rite logs.
    I have two location (customer and our company), two different Re-Rite installation, two different machines, different e-mail servers.
    Problem still exist.
    Any clue ????
    RedMap try to help us remotly, but for now they have no idea whats the problem and are talking with developers.
