Are you on drugs or what? Please tell me which ones so I know which ones to stay away from.

OK, so we need to give you something of extremely high monetery value for free?

Do you have any idea how much it costs for businesses to get techs trained so that they can have access to these types of sites?

Why don't you just give me all the details of your credit card so I can just buy a few things that I want?
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

I almost posted this to my Toshiba service division for a laugh.

            I can help...
Step 1. Sign up for a Toshiba School
Step 2. Go to that school
Step 3. ( may be the hardest part for this guy) pass the class
Step 4. Use the login name/password TABS has now given you.
Step 5. Download your "all your firmwares".
Step 6. Change your user name for this site as you will never hear the end of this.
