e5520c Dept Code Printing to Mac OSX 10.7 Lion

In a mixed PC/ Apple Church environment, print jobs are going to the Invalid Queue when printing from a Mac Laptop. Any ideas?

When we disable Dept Codes, the effected MAC can print.

The other Win PCs on the Network print OK with Dept Codes.

We feel that we have properly constructed the Dept Code Presets in MAC.

How are you setting the Macs? Print Mode/enable DepartmentCodes/enter code/Save as on presets.

we are going to the Mac application first. setting up the dept codes as presets.

Dept codes work ok for PCs.

Problem solved. We mistakenly reversed the Dept. codes for Black and Color. The customer found the error.
