Im very new with Toshibas, I was asked by a customer if they could get notifications in their e-mail, because they are far from the machine.
I found the "Notification" section under "Maintenance" I tought i was done because that is what he asked for, but then the next day he call me and asked if the machine could also send an e-mail after the machine was back up.
and he gave me the example of:
lets say that machine runs out of toner, I get an e-mail about that but does it send me an e-mail after new toner has been put in the machine???
I know that we can check the error log in the machine but it doesn't show when the errors are fixed. His excuse was that maybe someone else fixed the issue so he doesn't have to go there.
