Toshiba E-Studio 35 paper is wavy at trail edge

I just put a Fuser kit in this ES-35 and now it is wavy at the trail edge about 3 inches. I eliminated the exit roller assembly by bypassing the door locks and it comes out fine. I think the exit rollers are slowing down the paper and it then makes the paper wavy at the trail edge about 3 inches. The only thing ..it wasn't doing this before I replaced the fuser rollers. Maybe I did something wrong. But I can't see it.
Any help will be appreciated, Thanks!

try manually turning the exit rollers on the fuser, you will need to take the fuser unit out of the machine to check them properly.
they should turn very freely, if they are tight, the bushes ( mainly the brass bush ) on the exit roller asm may be dirty inside, they then bind. also i'd check the exit sensor inside the fuser to make sure it's located properly, working correctly etc...

I had reversed the two white fuser drive gears. One is slghly smaller and it made the fuser drive faster. Thanks for your help!

          Apply This

          Dear

For This Problem Dont do anything ....just speed up exit motor by applying Code in 05 Mode. Code 424....107 is default Value.....increase it to 200 and press set.Your Problem will no longer be there.
