My customer reports that she will go into properties and select the tray with the 14" paper. But the machine
insists on running that job on 11" from the main (3K supply) tray. Then it jams. This seems odd, like it thinks
it is running 14" from the main tray.
I am thinking it must be a setting, it does run the 14" job from the by pass, but the capacity of the by pass is not
enough for the customer.
I will be seeing this machine this week. Any suggestions?
