[Misc] Deleting and adding an address from scan to email

I m not real familiar with address books and I have a customer that wants a scan to email address deleted for someone that doesn't work there antmore and to add his own email to the address book. An E355SE..Can I do this from control panel or do i have to use top access. Is There a simple way??

Either way will work...although I never worked on the 355, the ebridge 3 address book was accessable via the LCD panel under the user fuctions address book. You can also go through the web page as it is easier to work with. Emujo
