Fax issue

Hello

I have a Toshiba es3500c with a fax option. The customer is getting a message "no authority to execute job" when they try to send a fax. Has anyone seen this before. I don't see it any of the manuals.

I've seen this problem before. Check connection on the cable that goes from the fax board to the copier. It's happened to me when it has come loose inside the fax board after working on the machine.. For some reason if the cable is plugged into copier but not into the fax board you will get this message.
