Toshiba eStudio 350

Is the toner cartridge of the Toshiba eStudio 350 supposed to rotate? If yes, is the motor the same motor that feeds the toner as well as rotating the cartridge or are there two separate motors? Does anyone have any instructions on how to remove it? Any help appreciated, thank you.

yes the toner is meant to rotate but only when its adding toner to the developer, i think its only a couple of screw to get the toner hopper out, take the exit tray out and it should be fairly obvious.

what makes you think its not working?
