I have 2 1023 finishers here in the shop that both have same intermittent problem.
It only happens when sitting idle a while and on the 1st copy out, you will hear the paper struggle to get out and paper tries to nick or slightly bend directly in center, sometimes will actually jam.
I have taken all covers off of top area to watch as close as possible but still cannot see the area of paper catching, have swapped multiple copiers as well, same result.
Any ideas from people with more experience on these 1023 finishers ???
