There are no service programs to turn off/on the clutches on this 1994 analog copier.

03 OR 04 Mode. code 1 turns on main motor. 2 turns on feed clutch, 3 turns on reg clutch. 2 and 3 might be reversed. 11, 12, and 13 tuyrn them back off. Good luck

The feed and reg. clutch harnesses were switched. Got it. Thanks everyone.
