Error CD30 on est 850

Hallo everyone,

I have an Est850 that keeps displaying "Toner not recognised" though the toners are original and
then its toner recycling process has failed and after using it for a while it gives error CD30.
I have to open the toner recycling unit and manually pour out the used toner.
on its cassette 3,if you open it to add papers, it does not lift unless you restart the machine.

Is the toner cartridge rotating and all the connectors on the toner unit in properly?

could be the top half of the front door is not making the microswitch , open front cover and cheat the front door switched.

the door sensors are working ok. is there a way of testing the toner sensors?

Have you tried checking the recycled toner transport auger?
If this blocks up and jams you can break the auger or jam the motor which will give this error.
