Continous feeding on Est 181

Hallo friends,

I have an Est 181 that is giving paper jams on the second copy (continuous feeding) at the registration rollers.
I have changed the registration clutch and the selonoild of the pick up rollers but still the problem persists.
When i use the bypass tray i don't have any problems.
what could be the problem?

The cassettes/trays are poor on those models. Order a kit with the claws (sep) in as the sometimes get deformed from customers slamming paper in like they are trying to win a prize. What jam code are you getting?

That is a jam from the top cassette. I would change those sep claws and check the cassette frame is not cracked to.

the problem was that one of the feed rollers had its lock broken. you know the lock just next to where you put the screw.
Problem solved.
