    Wireless issues

Hey all, I have a 2540c That I just installed a wireless option on and i can not get it to finish connecting to the customers wireless network, I can see the network in the setup and they are using a WPA-psk security and after the network initializing goes way, its not connected. there are no other errors except that if you go into the wireless status it just sits there at Connecting...

I can get the machine to connect to my adhoc network on my wifi tether on my phone, and I can get both my phones and laptop to connect to the customers wifi network.

The wireless router is a PK5000 Qwest router.
I have updated firmware and restarted all the equipment and the router.

Anyone heard of this or have any ideas??

    Thanks much.

Did you try connecting an Ethernet cable directly to an unused port on the Wireless Router saving yourself all this hassle just for the sake of technology?

Well the customer bought the wireless option because they can not connect it via cable.

Thanks for the very insightful advice tho!
