E-Studio 282 E25 but no paper jam

Hi,
any help appreciated? I did clear a jam out but it no longer is there. I tried unplugging it and it came back.

its a document feeder jam

lift up the document feeder and pull down the jam access cover on the top left (green tab) check for any paper in there

no paper...
today, I ran paper threw it and it ejected it all like it should but after letting it copy it all I lifted up the top main cover and closed it and then the error came back.

Document feeders use some little square mirrors and eye sensors, clean all the mirrors you can see with a brush or rag, if they get paper dust built up they can cause these kind of jams.

I didn't see any mirrors. There were a lot of "switch" style sensors tho.

they're pretty small, about 1x1cm...
