5540C vibrating noise from TBU cleaning blade

I have a 5540C with a transfer belt cleaning blade making a vibrating noise once in a while. I applied patting powder to the belt, but the noise returned a few hours later. I will be trying toner on the blade next. The copier only has 100K on it. Anyone else run into this problem? Thanks

Had same issue with e6520c straight outta the box. Was also causing chatter marks down the page. Seemed to be mainly at start up. replaced tbu blade kit was the long term fix. Tried powder which did last a few days.

I ran into this also. Ended up replacing blade after going through the same issues.

I've had this a couple of times. First one i had to swap out the transfer cleaning blade as is played up again within a couple of days. The second one is still going with only patting power applied to it.
