How do you turn the Time Stamp Off?

On eB3 copiers, under Scan to Email, next to the File Name dialogue box is the small Time Stamp box. On my e2830c copier it is turned on by Default. Any idea how to turn it off by default? I know you obviously can touch the LCD to turn the function off. I am trying to reduce keystokes for my client who does not want long file names auto attached to each scan file. They use this function many times daily.

I have tried everything I can think of in the Top Access set up under both the Email and Save as File tabs.

To turn it off the Time Stamp in your default file name when scanning, use service program 08-8622 set to 0.

I eventually figured out that I had Ver5 of the Service manual and you have V12. The Code did not exist in V5.
