Are you sure that is the error code as I have no such code in the manual?

Yes, I am sure. You can find a brief description on Pg. 177 of the DP4580/5570/6570/8070 Manual Re: Printer Function. I've performed the suggested opertation stated to clear the message, yet it is reoccuring. Thank you kindly.

May a fault connection from printer to sysbord or the printer bord is gon. try to disconnect printer with co pier on if status of led change reconnect. format hd.

Not exactly sure what you are suggesting, but thanks Harry! I'm able to print for a brief period time aftet I reset the I -O, but the problem eventually returns.

So I don't think The MB or PB is gone.
