after format the harddisk to FAT file system,

load the files to FAT formatted flashdrive and press 9+4 key &power on

But it ask like this. what to do Bro.

In my hard disk is 40GB and has 21 partition

I delete all partition and create 3 , 2 GB partition and format with FAT (not fat32)

load 16GB flash dive with FAT formatted

9+4 =power then I got

But not going to this page to update

How to fix this problem.

could you take photos at the back of the machine or LAN connection port?

Howdy, just wondering if someone who has access to firmware for the E-Studio 232 would be kind enough to share those firmware files with a fellow technician (I'm a Konica guy so I don't have access to Toshiba firmware) either by Dropbox or some other method. What I need are the files for what Toshiba calls the "System ROM", and also the files for updating the "HDD Program and UI Data". Or, if someone can direct me somewhere reliable where I can find the correct files on my own that would work too Any help is greatly appreciated!!

sure thing, 232 and 282 that is the same firmware. your Toshiba is 282 series. what is the folder name you put on the USB stick?
it should be "232_282".
please follow step by step on the service manual.
