If I hadn't seen this with my own eyes, I wouldn't believe it..E4520C makes good copies when print jobs are sent, good straight copies when copying from glass and good straight copies when copying from the doc feeder..NOW,,,copies are skewed when scanning to file or folder only..Yea, I know.. ONLY scans to file or folder..You would think that copying through adf would skew also and be a doc feeder problem, but it doesn't. Is this a scan utility issue ? Not sure where to begin..Unreal.. I would really appreciate any input or theory on this one..

Definitely a strange fault. Only things I can think of is if it would be worth updating the firmware (even if it has been updated) including the ADF.
Was the scan to file just a pdf document? Maybe try another format or even the paper direction (A4-R instead of A4).It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.Comment

Ive seen it too, Never was able to figure it out, but my customer was using Adobe to open the PDF's and there's a De-skew/De-speckle option in the program that worked.

Solved this problem Friday..Sure enough, Adobe De-skew was the problem. Strangely though, De-skew was turned ON..Out of curiosity, we turned it OFF... FIXED...Thanks for inpit gentlemenComment
