Toshiba E stduio 550 auto toner sensor error

Hello, I was servicing a Toshiba 550 and i have changed the drum, developer.cleaning blade and cleaning blade of the belt. All parts were Toshiba original. After i changed them i run 05-200 but when it finished it says in the display error and the value of the developer stys too high 410 % ( left of the display ), i run 3 other times and the same problem. I opened the machine if any problem but everything was ok. I switched on the machine and all time it asked for toner ( i think because the value of the developer was too high ). I put a new toner and run 05-200 the same problem ( error ) i changed the auto toner sensor but same problem, i changed the also the LGC board but same problem. Does anyone have encounter same problem? Please someone help

Can you get the machine to make a print? How does it look? Is the main charger arching out somewhere? Also, you should run dev initialize with out the toner bottle installed.

      thank you for the reply.
no each time i start the machine it says adding toner and after a while it shows CD3 ( because it fills the deposit with toner )

the machine was working perfectly before i change the parts ( the drum and developer has reached the time for changing them and the quality was low )

for the developer initialize you mean code 05-200 but without toner?

Yeh, 05-200 should be ran without the toner bottle, otherwise it can add toner while trying to initialize the dev throwing the voltages around. Funny thing about a lot of Toshiba manuals is there is no mention of removing the toner before running this code, but then goes on to say "install toner when initialize is complete." Although, I have forgotten to remove it in the past and it hasn't had the issue you are referring to.

I honestly can't say I have had this issue ever, so I can't help you much more.

Have you cleaned out the the transport auger? Also I have seen the recycle transport motor become weak on the e520 and cause this fault CD3. The motor seems to run fine when the auger is clean, but any load will cause this code. I'd spend a half hour with a vacuum and check the transport paths.

I have seen this happen before when the gear on the back of the developer unit spins on the shaft, shaft has D profile and gear just spins and therefore the developer does not turn and causes the problem you are talking about. It may be just coincidence that it happened after you serviced it. Usually it happens when one or more of the bearings in the dv unit are locked up or tight. Hope this helps

The gear is in the developing unit or in the body of the copier?
Because i have changed the developing unit as a hole and some problem...
Also i have cleaned the hooper when the cd3 occur.

I think it says adding toner because the developer values are very high.

This problem can be caused bu the High voltage PCB???

U should remove the toner 1st b4 u run the 05-200...I've believe that too much toner is added inside the developer unit resulting...
Check the developer tank, if too much toner, try pour some out and perform 05-200 again...
If u follow the handbook, u need to make sure the output voltage of the auto-toner sensor value is between 245-255, if not, u need to manual adjust it. After that, press "SET"or "Interrupt" key, enter "290" to enforce performing of image quality control.
After the operation has finished, the copier are automatically stopped, then only u reboot the machine.
