[Error Code] eStudio 555 clearing the "Cleaning Web" indicator

Hello everyone. We have a client with a eStudio 555 Displaying on the screen "Time for periodic maintenance (Fuser cleaning web)" we have been unable to clear that message.

I have gone into a maintenance mode by holding the "6" and "start" key on power up then "2" key followed by selecting FUSER to high light then SUB UNIT followed by CLEANING WEB, high lighted that to RESET. It has not cleared the indicator.

So we would be grateful for any info on this issue and thank you kindly in advanced.

Before changing the sensor try clearing other related items for cleaning assembly: cleaning web pressure roller, bearings, etc. It won't clear the message if you just zero the web.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

I already replaced the Cleaning Web , Cleaning Web Roller, and checked the bearings, they are in good condition. I just now replaced the Sensor and cleared the Web, Web Roller counters but I still get the message on the screen.

Im not sure were to go next.

            Thanks for everyone's help.

Read AGAIN what he wrote. It's not enough to replace them. You must CLEAR the OTHER related COUNTERS too.(changed to zero)

I actually cleared the Fuser which I noticed that it cleared all the sub units so it was all zeroed out. I will go back out and do them individually.

Are there any other related counters that need to be cleared which are not part of the Fusing counters ?

Thank you very much for your help
