I have not seen this particular problem. Toshiba however has started to see the problem and are suspecting that people are not waiting for the MFP to boot up all the way in 08 mode after a firmware update because intakes so long. (sometimes 8-10 minutes)
Might want to reload firmware if you haven't already.

thsnks , the initial fault was the screen frozen with no acess to 05/08/c3/c5 etc so could not back up licence etc , so its a new sys board job to recover license and jigs

beware people on the new x bridge they have many quirks

The Ebx series due to new platform, software side not so stable compare to Eb3 series...
So far i have 1 customer having this F105/109 issue...
Need to format the HDD and reinstall the firmware in order to up the machine back...After certain period, it happen again...
Currently no ideas what is going wrong with the machine, only suspect that users might not be shutting down the machine properly...

+1 for format hdd and update firmware (+ clear nv ram flags)

what version of firmware are you using, we havnt had any issues since V3100

also we have been disabling the "Super Sleep" mode which i think was causing some of the freezing issues

          Cheers Cam

V3100 lists F106, lockups, reboots and freezing when waking up in the fixes.
