3530C with toner low message on PC

I have a 3530C that displays on the PC "black toner low"whenever they send out a print job. The toner has been replaced a couple weeks ago, but the message will not go away. Copies are fine. Any ideas how to get rid of message? I turned off the toner low message on copier.

it could be one of 2 things.
1 - assuming your using windows vista or similar, open printers and faxes (or devices and printers on windows vista) choose "File" and "Print Server Properties" then the "Advanced" tab and un select "Show informational notifications..."
2 - again assuming your using a windows OS you may have a toshiba copier monitoring program installed called "TopAccess DocMon" go to "control panel" Add/Remove a Program" and remove "TopAccess DocMon"
