Toshiba 1370 Dark Copies

Customer used generic toner in Toshiba 1370... now getting dark copies. How can I lighten copies? Ive cleaned optics and rewired coronas.

05-5 is auto exp adjust. 1 and 7 to adjust up or down. If that doesn't work, time for a developer dump from the toner.

Gregg: Is that holding 0 and 8 and turning on the copier Gregg?

Hold down 05 it will say "ADJ" and then hit 5
without turning off you can also check cq by hitting 09 and it will go into copy mode to see what your target looks like. then just hit 05 again to re adjust

No problem, they need to upgrade that shit.
Work something out in trade like a few savings bonds from the bank and some cash.

I got them about 5 years ago with a Kyocera 3035... and I haven't had a service call yet! My bad!
