[Jamming] E STUDIO 166 - JAMMED

I have a E Studio 166. The machine switches on as a normal machine but after the initial blinking and returns to 1 (in display) all the buttons are jammed. I tried holding * 1 3 to reset but still nothing works.

you reset the machine first reset code as 08-655 and 1,3,# and *,1,3 and *,#

You check the fuser unit cable.. that cable short in any place in this problem as comming.. continue this problem na.. u will change the HVT Board...
