Toshiba e 520 copy reduce image

Hello friends,
i have a problem reduce image with my copy machine e-520, print from computer no problem, only when you copy on glass or adf, single copy no problem, more than one, always 1st copy reduce image, can anyones know this problem

IF it's a PDF you're printing, uncheck the box marked "fit image to paper"..Emujo

hi, check that gear behind the machine maybe it woul be your problem, see the picture

I exchange different machine, same model e-520 , still same problem as customer office, when i bring back to shop it working fine, i check their voltage 120.2 that good, any ideal?

I am from the uk and we need a good 240v. What is the voltage at your workshop?

I checked voltage is 120.8 at my workshop
