My guess (based on all of your previous posts) is that you may have some experiance on the Toshiba product, but not factory trained, little network experiance ( dealing with MFPs)...setting up scan to folder on these products is pretty cut and dry if you know what you are doing..(again) my guess is you don't have the necessary knowledge..there must be 100+ posts on how to set up SMB scanning on this site...Many techs have taken the time to write down specific steps to assist in setting this up. Between creating the folders, proper sharing, mapping the MFP back to the folders and using the proper credentials, I don't think you are gonna "get there"...I would recommend you call a qualified Toshiba network specialist..pay for the time he/she is onsite and perch on his/her shoulder taking notes and asking questions. Just trying to navigate through Top Access can be confusing..I might also recommend you think about setting up scan to email versus scan to folder as this requires less settings ( and easier to set up). If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

Obviously you know that you can only have two Remote locations, but if you remove one of those Remote locations and set it to User Defined, then you can make templates which scan to file using one of the remote locations.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
