I have notice also that after I save the configuration it shows as \\ftp.livedrive.com\MyScans\ , it should not be ftp://.... ? Can someone please help with this configuration. thank you

Do you have the DNS set in your network settings?

Try replacing the MyScans with a / or \ or nothing at all and see what happens.

Technically speaking, all network paths should use / rather than \, but it depends on the operating system that you are used to. The below are samples or Linux and Mac network paths:

      SMB - smb://hostname/sharename
      FTP - ftp://hostname/childdirectoryofhomefolder
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
