ES3040 finishing offset option

Hey all,

Have a ES3040c that a customer just got got and they want to have jobs seperated as they come out from different people. right now the finisher is just throwing all the jobs from everyone in one pile. Its an MJ1021 hanging finisher, is this an 08 option or somewhere? couldnt find anything in the user functions other then the sort options that are for sets of jobs from the same person.

With the MJ1021, you only have two output tray options. The single Finisher Tray and the Central Output tray within the body of the copier. Users can select from the Print driver which location they would like to print to. They can make this choice their default setting under Printing Preferences.

For a workgroup with many users, the only way you can achieve Job Seperation is to have the users print their jobs to either the Private Print or Hold Print queues. The jobs are already ripped so they will print out quickly. Also users can release several of their jobs to print out at one time while they are standing in front of the copier.

If your users were used to a Mail Bin finisher on their previous copier, Toshiba never offered one.

They just upgraded to this new model, the old machine had an MJ1024 finisher and she says that one off set jobs that other users printed (off setting meaning one user prints, and when the next user prints it shifts the jobs to the back of the machine an inch) is this not an option with the MJ1021?
