    Dear Sir!
    Please, help me, I have E355 brand new machine, but it always have a big voice when working
    Can you give me any suggest.. Thanks.

    And someone knows, how to reset counter to 0

          Resetting the counter is illegal and as the end of the day, makes it harder for a technician to work on. As Paul said, it top secret squirrel stuff.
          Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

              Try putting some silicone oil in the invertor unit bushings. They seem to always be noisy, seems to be more common when the machine is old stock.
