hi there... want to ask something. i set department id for e studio 2500c. for copier success. before copy need to key in id. but i still can use for printing without key in id department. can someone help me how to activate id password for printing.. i try to find inside top access still cant find it.

Log into the web interface of the copier as the administrator and on the first screen, you should find something about Deparment Codes.
The option that you need to enable for Department Codes to work with printing as well is called Department Code Enforcement. Once this is set, you will then need to get the print driver to talk to the machine to update the settings or the driver won't know that Deparment Codes are being used.Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends. -
