[Error Code] es5520c service recommended for spc

Weird one. Did a color pm. Did calibrations . Everything fine. Two days later Now getting a "service recommended for spc" also can't do a 05-396 adjustment. It gives me an error. Has a 2 under yellow. Replaced drum surface potential sensor assembly, yellow epu, drum surface potential sensor board. Got a call into tech support but not much help. Any ideas?

Sorry just joined here so I assume you have already fixed this issue but I will let you know what I found when I had this problem. I suspect the SPC sensor got dirty during the PM and it gave me the "Service recommended for SPC" error, cleaned the SPC sensor but the error would not go away, the troubleshooting for this problem in the SM is very confusing, this error will actually disable 08-2561 and you must re-enable it before the error goes away, even after cleaning or replacing the sensor or any other parts.
