Removed a piece of paper from exit sensor. Jams every time running card stock 8 1/2 x 11 sef. Accordion jams leaving fuser. Gooses guise say replace pressure roller one way bearing (part number? ). Any other ideas?

Get it to jam and leave the paper jammed in the fuser, remove the fuser from the copier and start looking to see what it is hanging up on.
If it is fan folding as it enters the fuser, then look on the entrance side, if it is fan folding as it exits the fuser, you have a paper path obstruction.
Is the copier set to the correct thickness for paper type when switching to card stock? Depending on thickness, you may have to go to thick 1 2 or 3. If the card stock is perforated, then that also can lead to causing your issue.
Is the paper just hitting one corner first as it passes through the fuser? Check the paper tray then also.Comment
