Fax Receive Forward will not disable

I have an e2830c where when you disable the Fax Receive Forward under the Blue Registration tab under Admin, the feature will not disable even when you restart the copier.

Any ideas.

I would try clearing the fax memory first. Power down then go into *1 power on then 102 start int. Maybe something is stuck in memory waiting to print.

You could always try formatting the HDD as well.
